You may of course return your order, including opened items, free of charge within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Please understand that discounted set items (e.g. kits, boxes, advent calendar) can only be returned unopened.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 30 DAYS?

Please use our contact form or send an e-mail to support@dalton-cosmetics.com to arrange a return. Returns are free of charge, if you use the DALTON return label we provide. We kindly ask you to fill out our return form which you can download here, and enclose it with your return.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the order. You may do so by using our contact form, sending us an e-mail (returns@dalton-cosmetics.com) or sending our withdrawal form by post to the following address: DALTON COSMETICS GERMANY GmbH, Returns, Hauptstr. 6, 94571 Schaufling, Germany. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information. However, as mentioned above, you can also contact us and request a return label within 30 days of purchase.

HOW IS MY REFUND PROCESSED?

Once your return has been received and processed, we will provide a refund for the invoice amount within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless we have explicitly agreed on something else. Please note that the additional costs for return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you return the goods freight collect.
