Apply 2-3 times a week in the morning and evening on clean skin and follow with your moisturizer. Increase use as needed. Overdose may cause irritation. Use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 during the day. Do not use any products with azelaic acid during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Azelaic acid is usually well tolerated, but in rare cases side effects such as irritation and redness may occur. Generally, these symptoms subside after 2-3 weeks of regular use and the positive effect sets in. Caution: Do not use the serum together with highly concentrated retinol, vitamin C or niacinamide products and/or chemical peels at the same time of day.
