Safflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant. The safflower is an annual, herbaceous plant that grows up to 130 centimeters high. It has thorny leaves to protect itself against animals. Its flowers are bright orange.

Safflower oil is used in different industrial sectors, in cooking and in folk medicine. It has very positive effects on the cardiovascular system and helps lower blood cholesterol levels.

Safflower oil is very similar to our skin sebum, making it much easier to absorb. Due to its high levels of vitamins A and K, it promotes skin growth and regulates cell growth. It also strengthens the skin's protective barrier.
