Apply the face cream in the morning and evening. The HIGH CONCENTRATES can be used before the cream. Do not use the Vitamin C Serum at the same time of day as highly concentrated serums, like niacinamide serums, azelaic acid serums and/or chemical peels. Do not combine retinol with highly concentrated azelaic acid products and/or chemical peels. Alternating between these ingredients every other day can be quite effective, however. Use at least SPF 30 during the day. Do not use retinol during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
